The Office of the Controller of Communication Accounts (CCA), Maharashtra & Goa, conducted its
Quarterly Pension Adalat at Sanchar Bhavan, Panaji, Goa, today, December 9th.
The Adalat was chaired by Dr. Satish Chandra Jha, Controller of Communication Accounts, Maharashtra
& Goa.
Speaking about the Adalat, Dr. Jha said that 16 pension grievances were submitted by retired employees
and family pensioners of the Department of Telecommunications and BSNL. “All grievances taken up
during the session were resolved on the spot,” he said.
Emphasized the importance of timely, efficient, and compassionate handling of pension matters, Dr Jha
said that timely grievance resolution was necessary to safeguard the welfare and dignity of the pensioners.
He assured that the CCA office would continue to provide seamless services and encouraged pensioners to
contact the concerned officers at any time for assistance or grievance resolution.
The office of the CCA had shared prior intimation regarding the hearing schedule with all stakeholders
through SMS, email, and letters through Post to ensure transparency and maximum participation.
Representatives from various pensioners’ associations were invited and actively participated in the
proceedings. The pensioners expressed satisfaction with the effective and proactive efforts of CCA
