New Delhi, the 11th March, 2024
S.O. 1492(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 150 of the Merchant Shipping Act,
1958, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the
Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated 9th January, 2024, vide S.O.98(E)
dated 8th January, 2024:
"Name at Sr. No. 2 of table below para 5 may be read as Ms. S. Priya (Advocate, Venky's
Chamber).
2. The remaining terms of the Notification vide S.O.98(E) dated 8th January, 2024 will remain same.
