the High Court of Delhi, No. 36/Rules/DHC dated 4th July 2025 relating to "Electronic Evidence and Video
Conferencing Rules, 2025” published in Delhi Gazette (Extraordinary), No. 25, Part II Section, 1 (NCTD No. 118)
dated 7th July 2025, namely:—
(i) In Rule 2(1)(d), the figure "5" be read as "9";
(ii) In Chapter II (General Principles-1), the figure “4” stands inserted before the heading
‘Implementation of Video Conferencing under BNSS Provisions’; and
(iii) In Rule 9(5), the figure “3.4.1” be read as “9.(4).1”.
