eligibility criteria for seeking course approvals specified in the said DGS Order

Personal Survival Techniques (PST), Personal Safety & Social
Responsibilities(PssR), Elementary First Aid (EFA), Fire Prevention & Fire
Fighting (FPFF) and Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security
Duties (STSDSD) will be considered for all the existing and new pre-sea and
post-sea training institutes as a composite package at any point of time.

i.e., Proficiency in Surrival Cra-ft & Rescue Boat (PSCRB), Advanced Fire

corresponding basic courses such as PST, FPFF & EFA.
