Indian National Ship orancls Association (lNSA1. requcsting cxtellsion on thc raliditl ol'the NT/ENG C'ircular No. 03 of 2017. Whereas. l he Directorate. in consideration ofthese requests had extended the validity ol'the COll's upto 3 I . I 2.2022 u ith the lerms and conditions rel'erred in the NT/ENG Circular No. 03 ol20l7 rcmaining unchangcd. Now, As the agreement fbr mutual recognition ot'Coc's has been signcd between the lndian and UK Govemments for five years w.e.f. 21.07.2022, it is informed that coE's of all management level otllcers holding UK cocs to work on Indian ships may be extended till 20.07.2027 i.e. Five years from the date of execution of MoU or till the validity of the uK coc of the ollicer concerned. whichevcr is carlier with the same terms and conditions as being follora'ed nou.
