F. No. 25(8)/2022/Power/54.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 70 of the
Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby
declares the below identified Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) of Delhi SLDC, TPDDL, BRPL & BYPL and
the computer resources of its associated dependencies to be Protected System for the Purpose of Information
Technology Act, 2000:
