1515के तहत (अ) 5 जिलों के 13 (तरे ह) पुजलस स्ट्टेिनों के अजधकार क्षत्रे म ें आन े िाल े क्षत्रे ों को छोड़कर, संपणू ण मजणपुर राज्य को दिनांक 01.04.2026 स े छ: माह की अिजध तक ‘अिांत क्षेत्र’ घोजषत दकया था। और िबदक , मजणपुर राज्य में कानून और व् यिस्ट् था की आगे और समीक्षा की गई ह।ै अब , इसजलए, सिस्ट् त्र बल ,अजधजनयम (जििेष िजियां)1958 )1958 का 28) की धारा द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों 3 का प्रयोग करत े हुए, 5 जिलों के जनम्नजलजखत 13 (तरे ह) पुजलस स्ट्टेिनों के अजधकार क्षत्रे म ें आन े िाले क्षेत्रों को छोड़कर, संपूणण मजणपुर राज्य को दिनाकं 01.10.2026 स े छ: माह तक, यदि इस घोषणा को इससे पहल े िापस न जलया िाए, 'अिांत क्षत्रे ' के रूप म ें घोजषत दकया िाता ह ै :- क्रम संख्य ा पुजलस थानों के नाम ज़िला

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th September, 2026 S.O. 5299(E).— Whereas, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, 1958 (28 of 1958) had declared entire State of Manipur, excluding the areas falling under the jurisdiction of the 13 (thirteen) Police Stations of 5 districts, as ‘disturbed area’ for a period of six months with effect from 01.04.2026 vide Notification S.O.1515 (E) dated 23.03.2026.

And whereas, a further review of the law and order situation in the state of Manipur has been undertaken.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, 1958 (28 of 1958), the entire State of Manipur, excluding the areas falling under the jurisdiction of the following 13 (thirteen) Police Stations of 5 districts, is declared as ‘disturbed area’ for a period of six months with effect from 01.10.2026, unless withdrawn earlier:- Sl.
