In continuation of this Directorate's Advertisement dated 23.01.2026 and Interview Call Letter dated 04.03.2026, the Written Examination and Skill Test for engagement of Executive Assistants on contractual basis were conducted on 27.02.2026, and the Personality Test (lnterview) was conducted on 10.03.2026 at the Directorate General of Shipping, Mumbai. 2. Based on the cumulative performance ofthe candidates in the Written Test, Skill Test (Computer Proficiency Test), and Personality Test (lnterview), the results are hereby attached as Annexure I. 3. Based on the above final merit ranking, the top two candidates in th€ merit list shall be considered for engagement as Executive Assistants on contractual basis in the DG Shipping Secretariat, Mumbai, subject to approval ofthe Competent Authority and verification oforiginal documents. 4. The remaining candidates in the merit list may be considered for engagement in the event ofnon- joining or vacancy arising within the validity period of the panel, subject to approval of the Competent Authority 5.
