No.F.1(74)/GA/DC/HQ/2020/845-850:- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of
sub-section (1) of section 27 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887(Act no. XVII of 1887), as
enforced in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of
Delhi is pleased to confer the powers of Assistant Collector (Grade-II) upon Shri Mayank Yadav,
Naib Tehsildar, DDA, under the said act so long as he holds the post or till further orders
whichever is earlier.
