No. F.1/31/600/LC/Estt./3459-3472.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (4) of
Section 5 of Chapter III of the Boilers Act, 2025 (12 of 2025), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital
Territory of Delhi is pleased to confer the powers of Chief Inspector of Boilers upon Sh. Pinkesh, Deputy
Director (Industrial Safety and Health) (Erstwhile Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories) for the National
Capital Territory of Delhi for the purpose of discharging statutory duties under the said Act, with effect
from the date of assuming charge without any extra remuneration.
