No. 21/22/Apprn.3/2023/LAS-VII/Leg./24909.—The following is published for general information.— THE DELHI APPROPRIATION (NO. 03) BILL, 2023 BILL No. 04 of 2023 (As introduced in the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on 27 March, 2023) BILL No. 04 OF 2023 THE DELHI APPROPRIATION (No. 3) BILL, 2023 A BILL to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the financial year 2023-2024. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Seventy-forth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No. 3) Act, 2023. Issue of ` 78927,80,00,000/- from 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory4 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] and out of the Consolidated Fund of Delhi, there may be paid and applied further sums not exceeding of the National Capital Territory those specified in column (5) of the Schedule, amounting in the aggregate of Delhi for the financial year to the sum of Rupees seventy eight thousand nine hundred twenty 2023-2024. seven crore eighty lakh only towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2023- 2024 in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the Schedule. This bill seeks to achieve the above objectives.
