NOTIFICATION
No.F.DoA-A030/I/2015/1380 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 read
with clause (g) of section 2 of the Delhi Bharatiya Chikitsa Parishad Act, 1998 (Delhi Act
No. 4 of 1999), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to
order that all powers, duties and functions of the already dissolved Delhi Bharatiya
Chikitsa Parishad shall be exercised by the Special Director (AYUSH), Government of
the National Capital Territory of Delhi for a period of six months beyond 15th January,
2016, in which period a new Delhi Bharatiya Chikitsa Parishad may be constituted.
Further, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the said Act, the Lt.
Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Dr. Yogita
Munjal, Deputy Director (AYUSH), Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi
as Registrar of the said Parishad, till a regular Registrar is appointed.
