राज्यिेत्र, स्ट्िायत जनकायों या कानूनी ह)ै संगठनों, पजब्लक सेक्टर उपक्रमों, जिश्वजिद्यालय या मान्यता प्राप्त अनुसंधान (1) जनदेिक, समूह ‘क’ ट्रटप्पण: पदधारी के प्रजतजनयुजि संस्ट्र्ाओं के अजधकारी: दरू संचार जिभाग या लंबी बीमारी या अध्ययन छुट्टी (i) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या जिभाग में – अध्यि; या दकसी अन्य पट्ररजस्ट्र्जत म ें एक िर् व या अजधक अिजध के जलए जनयजमत आधार पर सदिृ पद धारण दकए (2) सहायक ट्ररजियां, केन्द्रीय सरकार के हुए हों; महाजनदेिक/सहायक प्रमंडल अजभयंता अजधकाट्ररयों में से प्रजतजनयुजि के या आधार पर भरी िा सकेंगी िो दरू संचार, समूह ‘क’ (ii) जिन्होंने मूल काडर या जिभाग में िेतन जनयजमत आधार पर सदिृ पद दरू संचार जिभाग मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर -2 (19900-63200 रुपये) धारण दकए हुए ह ैं और स्ट्तंभ (7) या समतुल्य पद पर जनयजमत आधार पर – सदस्ट्य; के अधीन सीधी भती दकए िाने िाले व्यजियों के जलए जिजहत की जनयुजि के पश्चात 8 िर् व की सेिा की हो; (3) सहायक जनदेिक / गई अहतव ाएं और अनुभि रखता और उप मंडलीय हो। जिनके पास स्ट्तंभ संख्या 7 के अधीन सीधे इंिीजनयर , समूह भती दकए िाने िाले व्यजियों के जलए जिजहत ‘ख’, दरू संचार अहतव ाएं हों। जिभाग – सदस्ट्य। ट्रटप्पण 1: प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध, जिसके अंतगवत केन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जिभाग में इस जनयुजि से4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] ठीक पहले धाट्ररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अिजध है साधारणतया 3 िर् वसे अजधक नहीं होगी । ट्रटप्पण 2: प्रजतजनयुजि (अल्पकाजलक संजिदा सजहत) जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु- सीमा आिेदन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को 56 िर् वसे अजधक नहीं होगी। [फा. स.ं 9-11(02)/2025-स्ट्र्ापना(भ. जन.] रोिनी सोहनी, िट्ररष्ठ उप महाजनदेिक (स्ट्र्ापना) MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS (Department Of Telecommunications) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th August, 2025 G.S.R. 590(E).–––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Department of Telecommunications Stenographers (Grade I, II, III) Recruitment Rules, 1994, in so far as it relates to the posts of Stenographer Grade-III, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Stenographer Grade-II in the Department of Telecommunications, namely: - 1. Short title and Commencement. – (1) These Rules may be called the Department of Telecommunications in the offices of Licensed Service Areas and National Communications Academy-Technology Stenographer Grade II (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. - No person, – (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 SCHEDULE Name of post.
