(41) के साथ परित, दिनांक 20.01.2026 की िीएसआर 48(ई) द्वारा यथा संिोजधत, केंद्रीय मोटर वाहन जनयमावली, 1989 के जनयम 167 के उप-जनयम (5) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतिद्वारा जनम्नजलजित अजधकाररयों को उि जनयम के प्रयोिनाथथ जनवारण हते ु प्राजधकाररयों के रूप में जनर्िष्टथ करते हैं:

(5) of Rule 167 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, as amended vide G.S.R. 48(E) dated 20.01.2026 read with sub-section (41) of section 2 of the Motor Vehicles Act, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby specifies the following officers as the Authorities for Redressal for the

purposes of the said rule:- S. No. Designation Department 1 Section Officers Education Department 2 Section Officers Directorate of Employment Department of Food Supplies and Consumer 3 Food and Supplies Officers Affairs 4 Section Officers Department of Industries 5 Section Officers Registrar Cooperative Societies Directorate of Training and Technical 6 Section Officers Education 7 Section Officers/Zonal Officers Weights and Measures Department 8 Section Officers and Tehsildars Revenue Department District Transport Officers and Enforcement 9 Transport Department Officers[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 3 Further, all Sub-Divisional Magistrates (SDMs) and Additional District Magistrates (ADMs) shall function as Supervisory Authorities for monitoring and coordination of the functioning of the aforesaid Authorities for Redressal.

This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
