On January 12, 2026, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) conducted an OMO (Open Market Operations) purchase auction, which settled on January 13, 2026.
The aggregate amount (face value) notified by RBI was ₹50,000 crore. The total amount offered (face value) by participants was ₹1,22,525 crore, and the total amount accepted (face value) by RBI was ₹50,000 crore.
