On December 9, 2025, the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways launched the "One Nation One Port Process" (ONOP) framework. This framework aims to ensure uniformity in port processes across all ports in the country, including Andhra Pradesh. The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways has launched the “One Nation One Port Process” (ONOP)
