DGR to Host Exclusive Job Fair for Ex-Servicemen
in Delhi

The Directorate General Resettlement (DGR), Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (Ministry of Defence)
is organising a Job Fair for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) to empower and support the veterans into civilian
workforce. Registration is now open and free for ESM and Employers. The details of the event are as follows:

The initiative will provide a dedicated platform to connect ex-servicemen from the Army, Navy, and Air
Force with leading employers across diverse sectors including security, IT, logistics, healthcare,
administration, and engineering. Employers will gain free access to a pool of mission-ready, skilled
professionals on registration. Employers can plan for interview and selection of prior shortlisted candidates
during the Job Fair.
As part of its annual calendar, DGR is conducting 18 job fairs Pan-India during FY 2025–26, with
three already held successfully in Delhi, Chennai, and Ahmedabad. The Delhi event will feature
both on-the-spot recruitment and opportunities for employers to engage with shortlisted candidates.
