The Office of the Controller of Communications and Accounts (CCA) in Maharashtra and Goa
today celebrated the 135th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar in its
premises.
The event was organized to pay homage to the architect of the Indian Constitution and to
reaffirm commitment to his ideals of equality, justice, and social empowerment.
The programme commenced with a floral tribute to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, symbolizing deep
respect and gratitude for his unparalleled contributions to nation-building. The ceremony was
inaugurated by Dr. Satish Chandra Jha, Controller of Communication Accounts, Maharashtra &
Goa.
Senior officers including Shri Shashank Bhardwaj, Joint CCA, and Dr. Tejas Mahire, Deputy CCA,
along with other officers and officials of the CCA Maharashtra & Goa office, were present on the
