financial support. Recognising the importance of promoting sustainable enterprises while creating
employment opportunities, the Venture Capital Fund for Scheduled Castes (VCF-SC) under the
Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has been supporting Scheduled Caste entrepreneurs in
establishing commercially viable businesses. One such success story is Dartyens Power Pvt. Ltd., owned
by Dasari Kumari, located in Nalgonda, Telangana, which has successfully established and operates a 1
MW Solar Power Plant, contributing to clean energy generation and regional economic development.
Recognising the project's potential, the Venture Capital Fund for Scheduled Castes extended financial
