AND LUXURY TAX L & N NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 15th January, 2025 No. F.10(210)/EX./IMFL/2011-12/2466-2485—In pursuance of the provisions of Rule 52 of Delhi Excise Rules, 2010, it is hereby ordered that “Dry Days” shall be observed (during 48 hours ending with hour fixed for conclusion of poll) from 06:00 PM of 3rd February, 2025 to 06:00 PM of 5th of February, 2025 and again on 8th February, 2025 (Full Day) being the Counting day on account of General Election to Legislative Assembly of NCT of Delhi, 2025 by L-1, L-1F, L-2, L-3, L-4, L-5, L-6, L-6FG, L-6FE, L-7, L- 7FG, L-7FE, L-8, L-10, L-12, L-12F, L-14, L-15, L-15F, L-16, L-16F, L-17, L-17F, L-18, L-18F, L-19, L- 19F, L-20, L-20F, L-21, L-21F, L-22, L-23, L-23F, L-25, L-26, L-27, L-28, L-28F, L-29, L-29F, L-31, L-32, L-33, L-34, L-35, P-10, P-10A and P-13 Licensees whose retail vends/premises are situated in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. During the above mentioned Dry Days the following shall be adhered:- No liquor shops, hotels, restaurants, clubs and establishments selling/serving liquor, shall be permitted to sell/serve liquor to any one whosoever. Non-proprietary clubs, star Hotels, restaurants, etc., and Hotels run by anyone even if they are issued different categories of licenses for possession and supply of liquor, should also not be permitted to serve liquor.
