NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 28th July, 2023
F. No. 10/20/2023-24/SRD/Fin/2744-2751.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 8
of Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (10 of 2010), the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby
directs that the power of “Government” under Rule 52 of Delhi Excise Rules, 2010, may be exercised by
Commissioner (Excise) with prior concurrence of Pr. Secretary (Finance), GNCTD.
This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Delhi Gazette Part-IV
(extraordinary).
