of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 (7 of
2014) read with rule 11 and sub–rule (3) of rule 16 of the Maharashtra Street Vendors (Protection
of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) (Maharashtra) Rules, 2016, as per order letter of
Urban Development Department No. BMC-2522/pr.kr.250/Navi-21, dated 05th March 2024 and of
all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby constitutes the
Town Vending Committee for Nagar Panchayat of the City of Ardhapur, Dist. Nanded consisting of
the following members, namely :—
