e-Filing 3.0 Implemented Across All District
Courts in Punjab

The eCourts Mission Mode Project Phase-III is being implemented through an institutional framework
wherein the e-Committee, Supreme Court of India provides policy inputs and the High Courts are
implementing agencies. The implementation of the Project, including in the State of Punjab, is monitored
on a regular basis through periodic review meetings, progress reports and continuous coordination with
the concerned High Court to facilitate timely implementation of the approved components under the
Project.
The status of digital court infrastructure, district-wise are at Annexure-I.
E-filing 3.0 has been implemented in all the District Courts in the State of Punjab. Adequate digital
facilities and infrastructure for virtual hearings have been provided in the District Courts in the State of
Punjab as per the guidelines of the eCommittee, Supreme Court of India.
