In respect of all categories of cases in the Delhi High Court, the said Rules shall come into force with effect from 01.03.2022. 2. In the District Courts in Delhi, in respect of Petitions, Appeals and Revisions filed by the Central Government, State Government, Local Bodies, all instrumentalities of State and all PSUs, the said Rules shall come into force with effect from 01.03.2022. 3. The “e-filing Rules of the High Court of Delhi, 2021”, with effect from 01.04.2022, shall also apply to all the District Courts in Delhi in respect of the following categories of cases:- (i) All suits and Applications relating to Commercial disputes under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015. (ii) Complaints under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. (iii) All Appeals and Revisions.
