२. “धामाागदााय सींघटोनांेच्या काायागलयाताील प्रशाासीकाीय अदिधाकाारी, गटो-ब (राजपदित्राता), (सीे�ाप्र�ेशा) दिनांयमा, २०२४” (यापुढीे
“माुख्य दिनांयमा” असीे सींबोदिधाता) च्या दिनांयमा ३ माधाील खींड (का) ऐ�जी पुढीील खींड दााखील कारण्याता येईल. :—
“(का) अधाीक्षका, गटो ब (अराजपदित्राता) हुे पदा धाारण कारणाऱ्या � त्या पदाा�र ताीनां �र्षांा�पेक्षा कामाी नांसीेल इताकाी दिनांयदिमाता
� अखींदिडता सीे�ा झाालेल्या व्यक्तांमाधाूनां, सीे�ाज्येष्ठीताेच्या आधाारे, पदाोन्नांताीकारिरताा पात्रा असीणाऱ्या योग्य व्यक्ताीच्या पदाोन्नांताीद्वाारे
कारण्याता येईल :

परंताु असीे काी, सीदार प्रमााण, दिनांयुक्ताी प्रादिधाकााऱ्याच्या माताे प्रशाासीकाीय दिनांकाड असील्यासी, ताशाी लेखीी काारणे नांमाूदा कारूनां,
आ�श्यकाताेनांुसीार, दिशादििल कारताा येईल.”

Constitution of india.
No.CHA-2014/641/C.R.116/Desk-1.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article
309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers enabling in this behalf, the Governor of
Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules further to amend the “Administrative
Officer, Group “B” (Gazetted) in the Office of the Charity Organisation (Recruitment) Rules, 2024”
as follows, namely :—
1. These rules may be called “the Administrative Officer, Group “B” (Gazetted) in the Office
of the Charity Organisation (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2025”.
2. In rule 3 of the “Administrative Officer, Group “B” (Gazetted) in the Office of the Charity
Organisation (Recruitment) Rules, 2024” (hereinafter referred to as “the principal rules”), for clause
(a), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :—
“(a) by promotion of a suitable person having eligibility for promotion, on the basis of
seniority, from amongst the persons holding the post of Superintendent, Group-B (Non-Gazetted)
and having not less than three years regular and continuous service on that post :
Provided that, a person holding the post of Superintendent, Group-B (Non-Gazetted) and
having not less than three years regular and continuous service on that post shall give an option
either he desires to be promoted on the post of Administrative Officer or Assistant Charity
Commissioner and such an option once opted shall not be changed in any circumstances; or”
3. For rule 4 of the principal Rules, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :—
“4. Appointment to the post of Administrative Officer, Group-B (Gazetted) shall be made
by promotion and nomination in the ratio of 50:50 :
Provided that, in the opinion of the Appointing Authority, if the exigencies in the services so
requires, for reasons to be recorded in writing, the ratio prescribed in this rule shall be relaxed.”
