No: F. SEC/MCD/General Election/2017/8733.—In partial modification of the Commission’s
Notification No. F./SEC/MCD/General Election/2017/6205 dated 16/02/2017. I, S. K. Srivastava, State
Election Commissioner in pursuance of the powers conferred under section 7B of the Delhi Municipal
Corporation Act, 1957, and under the provision of Rule 7 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Election of
Councillors) Rules, 2012, hereby appoint, in consultation with Govt. of NCT of Delhi, the officer shown in
column No. 3 of the table below, as change in their Office Address Electoral Registration Officer for the
wards of South Delhi Municipal Corporation of Delhi, shown in column No. 4 against. The Officer so
appointed as Electoral Registration Officer is also appointed as a Returning Officer-cum-Scrutinizing Officer
for the wards shown against each, under the aforesaid Rules, in connection with the forthcoming General
Election to South Delhi Municipal Corporation as under:-
