occurred in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi on account of one councillor having been elected as Member of
Parliament and 11 councillors having been elected as Members of the Delhi Legislative Assembly in the recent
election to Legislative Assembly.
NOW, THEREFORE, under the powers conferred under section 7 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act,
1957, as amended till date read with Rule 4 of Delhi Municipal Corporation (Election of Councillors) Rules, 2012, I,
