National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to ‘confer’ the powers of ‘Electrical Inspector’ for the purposes of
exercising the statutory powers and performing the functions under Section 162 of the Electricity Act, 2003 upon
Deputy Electrical Inspectors and Assistant Electrical Inspectors of Labour Department, GNCT of Delhi, fulfilling the
requisite qualifications and experience as laid down in the said notification dated 17th August, 2006 and notification
dated 16th May, 2016 of Ministry of Power, Government of India, in the National Capital Territory of Delhi until
further orders without any extra remuneration or benefit of pay.
