No 41 of the Schedule of the “Electronics and Information Technology Goods (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2021” vide S.O. 1652 (E) published in Gazette of India on 09th April, 2024. The date of coming into effect of this Order was 9th October, 2024. And, whereas, the issues involved have been discussed with the stakeholders for smooth implementation of the Order and whereas, the industry has sought more time for compliance of the Order, it is hereby notified that the date of implementation of the Order stands extended to 9th, April, 2025.
