Maharashtra staMp act, 1958.
No.EST-2025/548/C.R.221/M-1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of section
2 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act (LX of 1958) and in supersession of all the earlier notifications,
orders or instruments issued in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints with
effect from the Date 10th October 2025, the following officers within the jurisdiction of the Revenue
Districts of Mumbai City and Mumbai Suburban, to be the Collectors for the Revenue Districts of
Mumbai City and Mumbai Suburban, for the purposes of the said Act, namely:—
(i) Collector of Stamps (Mumbai);
(ii) Collector of Stamps (Andheri);
(iii) Collector of Stamps (Borivali);
(iv) Collector of Stamps (Kurla);
(v) Collector of Stamps (Enforcement-I);
(vi) Collector of Stamps (Enforcement-II).
