NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th June, 2026
S.O. 3261(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jan
Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026 (8 of 2026), the Central Government hereby appoints the 30th
day of June, 2026, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, in so far as it relates to amendments
in the Inland Vessels Act, 2021 (24 of 2021), as specified against serial number 75 of the Schedule to the
said Act, shall come into force.
