Over the past five years, four NCC units were established in the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. The government has taken measures to encourage female participation, including upgrading training infrastructure, standardizing the NCC curriculum and drill modules, increasing induction of women ANOs and Permanent Commissioned Officers, and ensuring the mandatory presence of women ANOs, Lady Officers, trained women instructors, and women medical staff on campus. During the last five years, a total of four NCC units have been raised in the Union Territories of Jammu &

Measures taken by the Government to encourage the participation of girls and strengthen infrastructure for
