[G.O.Ms. No. 80, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.4), 24th May 2025, வைைகாாசி 10, விசுைாைசு, திருைள்ளுைர் ஆண்டு-2056.] No. II(1)/ECCF/11/2025.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Essential Articles Control and Requisitioning Act, 1949 (Tamil Nadu Act XXIX of 1949), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Forests and Fisheries Department Notification No. II(1)/FRF/103(a)/78, published at page 1 of Part II—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated 23rd August, 1978:- Amendment. In the said Notification, in serial number 1, the following items shall be omitted, namely:--- “(1) Eucalyptus globulus (Blue gum); (2) Eucalyptus grandis (Rose gum); (3) Eucalyptus hybrid (Mysore gum); and (4) Debarked wattle wood’’ NOTIFICATION - II [G.O.Ms. No. 80, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.4), 24th May 2025, வைைகாாசி 10, விசுைாைசு, திருைள்ளுைர் ஆண்டு-2056.] No. II(1)/ECCF/12/2025.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Essential Articles Control and Requisitioning Act, 1949 (Tamil Nadu Act XXIX of 1949), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Pulpwood and Cane (Movement Control) Order, 1978, published in Forests and Fisheries Department, Notification No. SROA-223(a)/78 at pages 1-2 of Part III—Section 1(a) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 23rd August, 1978:-- Amendment. In the said Order, in clause (2), in sub-clause (b), the following items shall be omitted, namely:--- "(1) Eucalyptus globulus (Blue gum); (2) Eucalyptus grandis (Rose gum); (3) Eucalyptus hybrid (Mysore gum); and (4) Debarked wattle Wood". [G.O.Ms. No. 39, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III-1) 20th May 2025, வைைகாாசி 6, விசுைாைசு, திருைள்ளுைர் ஆண்டு-2056.] No. II(1)/HOPE/13/2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18-B of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Prohibition and Excise Department Notification No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/84 published at page 2 of Part Il—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May 1981, as subsequently amended:- Amendment.
