G.S.R. 481(E).—In pursuance of sub-section 1 (e) of Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 and
in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (PHRD
Division) No. G.S.R.181(E) dated the 14th March, 2023, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri
Venkatesapathy S., Director, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, in place of Shri Sanjay Kumar, former
Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, as an Ex-officio Member of the
Board of Cochin Port Authority with immediate effect and until further orders.
