New Delhi, the 6th August, 2024
G.S.R. 485(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 (e) of Section 3 of the Major Port
Authorities Act, 2021 and in partial modification of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ports,
Shipping & Waterways (PHRD Division) No. G.S.R. 183(E) dated 14th March, 2023, the Central Government hereby
appoints Shri Sandeep Gupta, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, as an Ex-officio Member of
the Board of New Mangalore Port Authority with immediate effect and until further orders.
