G.S.R. 15(E).—In pursuance of sub-section 1 (e) of Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 and in
supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (PHRD
Division) G.S.R. No.834 (E) dated 22nd November, 2022, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Mukesh
Mangal, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, in place of Shri Rajesh Kumar Sinha, Additional
Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, as an Ex-officio Member of the Board of Chennai Port
Authority with immediate effect and until further orders.
