G.S.R. 307(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 (e) of Section 3 of the Major Port
Authorities Act, 2021 and in partial modification of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ports,
Shipping & Waterways (PHRD Division) G.S.R. No. 481 (E) dated 06th August, 2024, the Central Government hereby
appoints Shri Venkatesapathy S., Joint Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, as an Ex- officio Member
of the Board of Cochin Port Authority with immediate effect and until further orders.
