G.S.R. 14(E).—In pursuance of sub-section 1 (e) of Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 and in
supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (PHRD
Division) G.S.R. No.262 (E) dated 04th April, 2022, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R. Lakshmanan,
Joint Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, in place of Shri Bhushan Kumar, Former Joint Secretary,
Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, as an Ex-officio Member of the Board of Jawaharlal Nehru Port
Authority with immediate effect and until further orders.
