supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (PHRD
Division) G.S.R. No.182 (E) dated 14th March, 2023, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Pradeep Kumar
Roy, Director, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, in place of Shri H.N. Aswath, Development Adviser
(Ports), Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, as an Ex-officio Member of the Board of Mormugao Port
Authority with immediate effect and until further orders.
