NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th September, 2026 No. 40/2026-27

Subject: Extension of Minimum Import Price (MIP) Condition on Sulfadiazine API covered under

Chapter 29 of ITC HS, 2022, Schedule -I (Import Policy)-regarding.

S.O. 5398(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby extends the Minimum Import (MIP) condition imposed vide Notification No. 41/2025-26 dated 10.10.2025 on Sulfadiazine API covered under Chapter 29 of ITC HS, 2022, Schedule -I (Import Policy), for a period up to 30.11.2026 with all other terms and conditions of the above said notification remaining the same.

Effect of the Notification: Minimum Import Price (MIP) @ Rs.1774 per Kg on Cost, Insurance, and Freight

(CIF) value, imposed on import of Sulfadiazine API covered under Chapter 29 of ITC HS 2022, Schedule- I(import Policy) has been extended for the period up to 30.11.2026.
