Nominees of the State”, after serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:- “4. Gujarat Dr. Girish Patel, Dean, Faculty of Homoeopathy, Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji, Bhavnagar University, Bhavnagar, Gujarat;” (ii) after paragraph (7), the following shall be inserted, namely: - “(8). The tenure of the Members of Advisory Council for Homoeopathy referred to in paragraph 3 and 4, shall continue as long as they hold the substantive post in the office by virtue of which they have been nominated as Member of the Advisory Council for Homoeopathy or four years, or until further orders whichever is earlier”.
