No. 18(1)/6th SFRC/2023/7697-7714.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 6 of the Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and other measures to ensure Equity and Excellence) Act, 2007 and as per the recommendations of NCCSA read with Section 45 (D) (b) of the GNCTD Act (Amendment), 2023 of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi Act, 1991, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby constitutes the following Fee Regulatory Committee for the purpose of determining fee for pursuing courses in privately managed institutions offering different courses in the National Capital Territory of Delhi and to perform the functions assigned to it in the Act, consisting of the following members namely:— i. Chairperson Sh. Jitendra Kumar Dadoo, IAS (Retd.) ii. Member Chartered Accountant of Repute (nominated by Chairperson) iii. Member A representative of Medical Council of India or All India Council of Technica Education depending on institution, as the case may be. iv. Member Prof.(Dr.) G.S. Bajpai, Vice Chancellor, National Law University, Delhi v. Member Secretary (Department of Training and Technical Education) vi. Member Secretary (Department of Health and Family welfare) vii. Member-Secretary Secretary (Directorate of Higher Education) (ex-officio) The term of above Committee shall be three years commencing from the date following this notification and the term of Chairperson and members shall be co-terminus with the term of the Committee.
