(1) आस अदेि का संजिप्त नाम ईिवरक (ऄकाबवजनक, काबवजनक या जमजित) (जनयंत्रण) पांचिा सिं ोधन अदेि, 2023 ह।ै (2) यह रािपत्र म ें ईनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होगा। 2. ईिवरक (ऄकाबवजनक, काबवजनक या जमजित) (जनयंत्रण) अदिे , 1985 (जिसे आसम ें आसके पश्चात ् ईि अदेि कहा गया ह)ै में, (i) खंड 2 के, ईपखंड (थ) म,ें पैरा (i) म,ें िब्दों " ईपिर्णणत ह;ै और" के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत रखा िाएगा, ऄथावत:् - “ईपिर्णणत ह ै और आसम ें ऐसे सभी ईिवरक सजममजलत ह ैं जिनके मानकों को ऐसी ऄनुसूची म ें जिजनर्ददष्ट ककया गया ह ैऔर नीच ेकदए गए सूक्ष्म पोिक तत्िों स ेफोर्टिफाआड ककया गया ह।ै “ 3390 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] सक्ष्ू म पोिक तत्ि संकेंद्रण( %) जिक 0.4-1.0 बोरान 0.1-0.3 मोजलब्डेनम 0.01-0.05 कॉपर 0.2-0.5 स्ट्पष्टीकरण:- ईिवरक का जिजनदेि िो ईपरोि ईजल्लजखत सूक्ष्म पोिक तत्िों स े फोर्टिफाआड होगा, िही रहगे ा िो ऄनुसूची-I में जिजहत ह।ै (ii) खंड 20 म,ें “अयाजतत ईिवरकों की बाबत” िब्दों के पश्चात ् "िो तीन ििव स ेऄनजधक ऄिजध के जलए जिजधमान्य होगी” िब्द ऄंत:स्ट्थाजपत ककए िाएंगे । (iii) खंड 20 ख के ईपखंड (i) म,ें "कस्ट्िमाआज्ड ईिवरक" िब्दों के पश्चात,् " िो चार ििव स े ऄनजधक की ऄिजध के जलए जिजधमान्य होगा”" िब्द ऄंत:स्ट्थाजपत ककए िाएंग े। 3. ईि अदेि म,ें ऄनुसूची 1 में, ईपिीिवक “1(ि) फोर्टिफाआड ईिवरक” म ें क्रम संख्याक 34 के पश्चात,् जनम्नजलजखत टिप्पण ऄंत:स्ट्थाजपत ककया िाएगा, ऄथातव ्: - "टिप्पण: आसम ें ऄनुसूची I म ें जिजहत मानक के ऐस े सभी ईिरव क सजममजलत ह ैंऔर जिनको खंड 2 के ईपखंड (थ), पैरा (i) म ें जिजनर्ददष्ट ऄजधकतम दो सूक्ष्म पोिक तत्िों स ेफोर्टिफाआड ककया गया ह।ैं ” 4. ईि अदिे की ऄनुसूची IV में, क्रम संख्याक 9 म,ें "ककजण्ित िैजिक खाद" स े संबंजधत, प्रजिजष्ट (i) म ें "30-40" ऄंकों के स्ट्थान पर "30-70" ऄंक ऄतं ःस्ट्थाजपत ककए िाएंगे। [फा. स.ं 2-1/2023 ईिवरक जिजध] योजगता राना, संयुि सजचि टिप्पण : मलू अदेि ऄजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन. 758(ऄ) तारीख 25 जसतंबर, 1985 द्वारा भारत के रािपत्र, ऄसाधारण, भाग II खंड 3, ईपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गइ थी और ऄजधसूचना संख्या का.अ. 2216(ऄ) तारीख 17 मइ, 2023 द्वारा ऄंजतम बार संिोजधत की गइ थी। MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE (Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare) ORDER New Delhi, the 29th May, 2023 S.O. 2345(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, namely:- 1. (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) (Fifth) Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Fertiliser ( Inorganic, Organic or Mixed ) (Control) Order, 1985 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order),— (i) in clause 2, in sub-clause (q), in para (i), for the words ―Schedule; and‖, the following shall be substituted, namely:- ―Schedule and includes all such fertilizers whose standards are specified in such Schedule and are fortified with such micronutrients as given below.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : ऄसाधारण 3 Micronutrients Concentration ( %) Zinc 0.4-1.0 Boron 0.1-0.3 Molybdenum 0.01-0.05 Copper 0.2-0.5 Explanation:- The specification of the fertilizer which shall be fortified with above mentioned micronutrient shall remain the same as specified in Schedule –I‖. (ii) in clause 20, after the words ―imported fertilizers‖, the words ―which shall valid for a period not exceeding three years‖, shall be inserted; (iii) in sub-clause (i) of clause 20 B, after the words ―Customised fertilizers‖, the words ―which shall valid for a period not exceeding four years‖ shall be inserted. 3. In the said Order, in Schedule I, in sub-heading ―1(h) FORTIFIED FERTILISERS‖, after serial No.34, the following Note shall be inserted namely:- “Note :- It includes all such fertilizer of standard prescribed in Schedule I and is fortified with maximum two micronutrients of the range specified in para (i) of sub-clause (q) of clause 2 . 4. In the said Order, in Schedule IV, in serial number 9, relating to ―Fermented Organic Manure‖, in entry (i), for the figures ―30-40‖, the figures ―30-70‖ shall be substituted. [F.
