Sub: Filling up of 13 posts of UDC on deputation basis - regarding.

It is proposed to fill up 13 posts of Upper Division Clerk in level-4 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC in the Subordinate Offices of Central Water Commission located at various places in India on deputation basis from amongst Central/State Governments Officers fulfilling following eligibility

conditions: -

2. Officers under the Central Government or State Government: i. Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or ii. Eight years regular service in the grade of Lower Division Clerk in Level-2 in the Pay Matrix.

NOTE 1: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years.

NOTE 2: The maximum age-limit for appointment on deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

3 . The State/ Union Territory Wise Detailed Statement of Vacancies of UDC of Subordinate Offices of Central Water Commission is enclosed as Annexure-I. Therefore, the candidates may refer to Annexure-I and submit their 03 choice of posting in BIO Data. The posting can be made to any place under the jurisdiction of the region where CWC offices exist.

4. The officials belonging to the Ministerial and Non-Ministerial Cadre of Subordinate Offices of CWC are not eligible to apply for the post of UDC on deputation basis.

5. The pay of the officers selected will be regularized in accordance with the DOPT, OM No.2/29/91-Estt.PC (II) dated 05.01.1994 as amended from time to time.

6. Other terms/conditions as stipulated in Orders/Rules issued by the Govt. of India from time to time will also be applicable.

7. It is requested that application in duplicate in the enclosed

prescribed Proforma along with: -A-12034/1/2026-S.O. (E-VII) I/261852/2026

(i) Complete up to date APAR Dossier.

(ii) Vigilance Clearance Certificate.

(iii) Certificate of Major/Minor penalty, if any, imposed and Integrity Certificate in respect of interested and eligible officers, who can be spared immediately in the event of their selection, may be forwarded to this Commission within 60 days from the date of issue of this circular/publication in Employment News, whichever is later.

6. भारत सरकार (cid:105)ारा समय-समय पर जार(cid:22) (cid:39)कए गए आदेश(cid:48)/िनयम(cid:48) म(cid:26) िनधा(cid:84)(cid:42) रत अ(cid:51)य िनयम/शत (cid:106) भी लागू ह(cid:48)गी।
