Sub: Filling up the post of Storekeeper at Central Water Commission, Delhi on deputation/ absorption basis – regarding. ***** It is proposed to fill up one post of Storekeeper in level-4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25500-81100) as per 7th CPC, (in PB-I of Rs. 5200- 20200/- with grade pay of Rs. 2400/- as per 6th CPC) at CWC, Delhi on deputation/absorption basis from amongst Central/State Government

Officers fulfilling the following eligibility conditions :- Officers under the Central Government or State

Government: a) i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or ii) With eight years regular service in the post in the level- 2 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC (PB- 1 Rs.5200-20200 along with grade pay Rs.1900 as per 6th CPC) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and b) Possessing the educational qualifications and experience as under.

i) Graduation from a recognized University/ Institution. ii) Three years experience of holding stores and store accounts.

2. Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex- cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed 3 years.

3. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.

4. For the purpose of appointment on deputation basis, the service rendered on a regular basis by an officer prior to 1st January, 2006 orA-12011/6/2023-S.O. (E-VII) I/258148/2026 the date from which the revised pay structure based on the recommendations of the Sixth Central Pay Commission has been extended, shall be deemed to be service rendered in the corresponding grade pay or pay scale extended based on the recommendations of the said Pay Commission except where there has been merger of more than one pre-revised scale of pay into one grade with a common grade pay or pay scale, and where this benefit shall extend only for the post(s) for which that grade pay or pay scale is the normal replacement grade without any upgradation.

5. The pay of the officers selected will be regularized in accordance with the DOPT, OM No.2/29/91-Estt.PC(II) dated 05.01.1994 as amended from time to time.

6. Other terms/conditions as stipulated in Orders/Rules issued by the Govt. of India from time to time will also be applicable.

7. It is requested that application in duplicate in the enclosed

prescribed Performa along with:- i. Attested copies of APARs for last five years; ii. Vigilance Clearance Certificate; iii. No Penalty Statement and Integrity Certificate in respect of interested and eligible officers, who can be spared immediately in the event of their selection, may be forwarded to this Commission within 60 days from the date of issue of this circular/publication in Employment News, whichever is later.

8. Applications received after the prescribed time limit or otherwise found incomplete will not be entertained.

(cid:55)ितिनयु(cid:11)(cid:12)/आमेलन के आधार पर िनयु(cid:11)(cid:12) के िलए, (cid:45)कसी अिधकार(cid:21) (cid:97)ारा 01 जनवर(cid:21), 2006 से पूव (cid:51) अथवा उस तार(cid:21)ख से (cid:64)जससे छठे वेतन आयोग क(cid:60) िसफा(cid:71)रश(cid:72) के आधार पर संशोिधत वेतन संरचना का (cid:11)व(cid:32)तार (cid:45)कया गया है, िनयिमत आधार पर क(cid:60) गई सेवा को, िसवाय उस दशा के, जहां एक से अिधक संशोधन पूव (cid:51) वेतनमान(cid:72) को एक सामा(cid:28)य (cid:81)ेड पे या वेतनमान स(cid:45)हत एक (cid:100)णे ी मे (cid:11)वलय हो गया है और वहां यह फायदा केवल उस पद पर (cid:11)व(cid:32)ता(cid:71)रत होगा (cid:64)जसके िलए (cid:81)ेड वेतन या वेतनमान (cid:11)बना (cid:45)कसी उ(cid:28)नयन का साधारण (cid:55)ित(cid:32)थापन (cid:81)ेड है उ(cid:12) वेतन आयोग क(cid:60) िसफा(cid:71)रश(cid:72) पर आधा(cid:71)रत (cid:11)व(cid:32)ता(cid:71)रत त(cid:101)(cid:32)थानी (cid:81)ेड वेतन या वेतनमान पर क(cid:60) गई सेवा समझी जाएगी |

5. चयिनत अिधका(cid:71)रय(cid:72) का वेतनमान ड(cid:21)ओपीट(cid:21) के समय-समय पर यथा संशोिधत (cid:45)दनांक 05.01.1994 के का.(cid:52)ा.सं.2/29/91-(cid:32)था.पीसी(ii) के अनुसार िनयिमत क(cid:60) जाएगी।

6. अ(cid:28)य िनबंधन और शत (cid:105) जो समय-समय पर भारत सरकार (cid:97)ारा जार(cid:21) (cid:45)कए गए आदेश/िनयम(cid:72) म(cid:58) िनधा(cid:71)(cid:51) रत क(cid:60) गई है, वे भी लागू ह(cid:72)गी।

7. यह अनुरोध (cid:45)कया जाता है (cid:45)क आवेदन इसके साथ संल(cid:66)न (cid:55)प(cid:15) म(cid:58) दो (cid:55)ितय(cid:72) म(cid:58) िन(cid:63)न स(cid:45)हत भरा जाएः-
