The submissions made by all the stakeholders on above mentioned date was heard at length. All the submissions were recorded including counter arguments. The department was asked to place the file before me for taking appropriate decision in the matter. Taking into account the antecedents of the alleged mill, the offence committed in this present case, the reply received from the alleged mill in the present case and by hearing of all sides on the given date as well as the document in the record being perused, it is manifested that the offence committed is established. Hence it is ORDERED – M/s The Hooghly Mills Company Ltd. will get PCSO by deducting 10% of the scheduled capacity for 3 (three) consecutive months starting from January 2025. However, the respondent mill company will be at liberty to file an appeal before the competent authority as embodied in the Jute & Jute Textiles Control Order, 2016 within the prescribe period of limitation i.e. 30 days. Let this order be circulated to all the concerned parties' by the department forthwith. [F.
