1. सधं िप्त शीर्कव औि प्रािंभ:-

(1) इन धवधनयमों को दिल्ली परिवहन धनगम (धनिःशुल्क औि रियायती पास) (धद्वतीय संशोधन) धवधनयम, 2026 कहा जाए।

(2) य ेआधधकारिक िाजपत्र म ेंअपन े प्रकाशन की धतधथ स ेलाग ू होंगे।

2.धवधनयम 3 म ें सशं ोधन:-दिल्ली परिवहन धनगम (धनिःशुल्क तथा रियायती पास) धवधनयम, 1985 के (संशोधन,

2019) धवधनयम 3 के खंड (vii) को धनिस्त दकया जाता ह ै औि खडं (viii) के प‍ चात, जनम्न जलजित खंड को अंतिःस्थाधपत दकया जाएगा, अथावत्:- “(ix) दिल्ली की धनवासी मधहला यात्री दिल्ली परिवहन धनगम एव ं क्लस्टि बसों (एसी तथा नॉन-एसी िोनों) म ें केवल पपंक सहले ी स्माटव काड व (एनसीएमसी) के उपयोग पि धनिःशुल्क यात्रा कि सकेंगी। यद्यधप, उनके पास यात्रा के धलए िये दकिाए पि रटकट खिीिन ेका धवकल्प मौजूि िहगे ा। अपात्र मधहलाओं के पास भी िये दकिाए पि रटकट खिीिकि दिल्ली परिवहन धनगम एवं क्लस्टि बसों (एसी तथा नॉन-एसी िोनों) म ें यात्रा किने का धवकल्प मौजूि िहगे ा। उपयुवि उपबंध दिल्ली के धनवासी ट्ांसजेंडि व्यधियों पि भी लाग ू होंगे।” राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आिेि से तथा उनके नाम पर जव‍ वन्‍दे र, जविेष आयक्तु पाि-रटप्पणी:- मूल धनयम दिल्ली के िाजपत्र, असाधािण, भाग-II, खडं 3, उप-खंड (ii) म ें अधधसूचना संख्या AdmI- 7(42)/85 दिनांक 19-11-1985 द्वािा प्रकाधशत दकया गया था औि इसके पश्चात ् अधधसूचना संख्या F.018/Cluster/Tpt/2019/755/76919 दिनांक 28-10-2019 के द्वािा संशोधधत दकया गया था तथा तत्पश्चात ् अधधसूचना संख्या न. NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 3rd October, 2026 DELHI TRANSPORT CORPORATION (FREE AND CONCESSIONAL PASSES) (SECOND AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2026.

section (2) of Section 45 read with clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950 (64 of 1950), read with the Delhi Road Transport Laws (Amendment) Act, 1971, the Delhi Transport Corporation, with the previous sanction of the appropriate Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Delhi Transport Corporation (Free and Concessional Passes) Regulations, 1985, (Amendment, 2019), namely :-[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 3

1. Short title and commencement-

(1) These regulations may be called the Delhi Transport Corporation (Free and Concessional Passes) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Amendment of Regulation3:- In the Delhi Transport Corporation (Free and Concessional Passes) Regulations, 1985 (Amendment, 2019), in regulation 3, clause (vii) stand deleted, and after clause

(viii) the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- "(ix) Female passengers who are resident of Delhi to travel free in DTC & Cluster buses (Both AC and Non-AC) only with the use of Pink Saheli Smart Card (NCMC). However, they will have the option to purchase ticket at the applicable fare for the journey. Ineligible women also have the option to avail travel facility in DTC and Cluster buses (Both AC and Non-AC) by purchasing tickets at the applicable fare.
