NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of sub-section (2) of
section 18 of Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014
[Act 11 of 2014], the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby make the following
amendment to Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation
and Implementation) Rules, 2025 issued in G.O.Ms.No.118, MA&UD (CRDA)Dept.,
Dt.01.07.2025.
