In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 17 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 read with Section 70 G of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1955, Government after careful examination, hereby extend the term of the District Collector, Srikakulam as a Special Officer to Srikakulam Municipal Corporation for a further period of six (6) months with effect from 11.04.2026 to 10.10.2026 (or) till the elected body comes into force, whichever is earlier.
