In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso under section (1) of Section 62-A of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 and Section 70-G of Municipal Corporations Act, 1955, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby extend the term of Special Officers to the 8 ULBs mentioned in the Annexure for a period of (6) months from 06.05.2026 to 05.11.2026 or till elected body comes into force, whichever is earlier.
